One of the three principal philosophies of Nongshim is “sharing products with neighbors and pursuing happiness together.” This philosophy has been with Nongshim for the past 50 years and is naturally rooted in its corporate culture. Keeping this at the forefront of our thinking, C/C/G formed a social media marketing strategy with this brand promise as the defining and guiding principle.
By doing a deep dive into the ways in which young consumers interacted with the brand on social media and understanding the role each platform plays in their daily lives, we gained the insights necessary to develop a robust campaign across all platforms. Our strategy focused on creating content that resonated with their audience, aligning with Nongshim's values and mission.
We also integrated a successful influencer campaign, encouraging their audience to interact with the brand in deeper and more meaningful ways. By partnering with influencers who embodied Nongshim's philosophy, we were able to create authentic and engaging content that amplified the brand's message and reach.
Our efforts resulted in a tenfold increase in engagement and tripled the number of followers. This strategic approach not only enhanced Nongshim's social media presence but also strengthened their connection with their audience, fostering a sense of community and shared happiness.
